Return & Exchange Policy

At Vintorra, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy carefully.


Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items received after the 7-day window will not be eligible.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Only one-time exchange per order is permitted.
  • If the required size or color is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only for prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable; only exchange or store credit will be provided.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • We arrange reverse pickup for most locations.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Vintorra will bear the shipping cost.
  • For size or color exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted or Sale products
  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at [your email/WhatsApp number] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to self-ship.
  4. Once the product passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If the returned item fails the quality check, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Vintorra reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in cases of misuse of this policy.
